Registration Instructions
The show will be
held at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando
International Drive ICON Park, 8250 Jamaican Court,
Orlando, Florida, 32819
Travel arrangements and
accommodations are the responsibility of each individual.
We presently have an agreement with the
Embassy Suites Hotel for special room rates.
To register for a room, please click "Accommodations"
under the "Hotel" tab.
Local transportation information can be
found under the "Details" tab.
Arrangements should be made as early as possible.
Tables are on a first come,
first served basis. Please include any special requests
on the registration form. Tables are 6'.
To register for a table,
you must be a 2025
member of the Olympin Collectors' Club. If you are not a member,
click here
.
Registration for each table
includes one 6' table and at least one chair.
Cost per table will be $100. At his time there is a
limit of two tables until demand is assessed. Please indicate number of
tables on form.
Before completing the form,

Please read the
Terms and Conditions
for the show. You must agree to these terms and
conditions on the registration form to reserve tables.
Registration is also required for the welcome reception
and the silent auction. Please use this same form to do so.
Acceptable payment types are PayPal, checks from a US bank
account or money orders payable in US funds. If you
want PayPal as you payment type, check the box and click
the PayPal link. Make the payment to
payments@olympinclub.com. Checks and
money orders should be made out to Olympin Collectors
Club and mailed to Olympin Collectors Club, C/O Jonathan
Becker, 800 Village Walk #258,
Guilford, CT. 06437. If you cancel the
payment, your registration will not be valid.
If you decide to add or
change information after submitting the form, you must complete a new form.
Select only the items to add that were not on any previous submitted form.
