The Welcome Reception 

There will be a reception at the Hyatt from 6:00-7:30 on Thursday, Nov 4. There is no charge, but registration is requested on the event registration form below. The location will be the Hanover room located on the Exhibit Level.

The Banquet

Reception: 6:00.

Time: 7:00.

Cost: Dinner cost will be $60 per person. Registration required.

Venue: The banquet will be held at the Hyatt Regency.

The Silent Auction

Date: Friday, November 5, 2021.

Time: 8:00.

Venue: The silent auction will be at the Hard Rock Cafe, located just down the street from the Hyatt (1 block walk on same side of street). The auction will be in the Velvet Underground, a private room with private entrance.

Cost: No charge but registration is required to attend.

Auction Items Needed: We are now accepting items for our silent auction. Anyone wishing to donate any Olympic related memorabilia item(s), please click here to send us an email. You will then be contacted. Please include your contact information and a description of item(s) to be donated.
